PB 'n' Jellies does not accept returns. Please do not try to ship your jellyfish back to us! If you have a D.O.A. (dead on arrival) jellyfish or damaged box you must notify PB ‘n’ Jellies at email@example.com
immediately if anything is wrong with your shipment. Please take a photo of any damage to the box or contents.
PB ‘n’ Jellies is not responsible for tank malfunctions/problems, especially well after you have received your jellies in good shape--please contact your tank manufacturer to receive assistance with these problems.
